Standard AC motors that rotate when connected to a commercial power source are widely used in everything from household appliances to automated factory production equipment. • High Reliability. All that is required to rotate a standard AC motor is a commercial power supply and a capacitor. Motors for three-phase power supplies do not even require capacitors. Their simplicity only improves the reliability and service life they provide.

• Pinion Shaft and Round Shaft. These are two types of shafts. The pinion shaft is used to connect a gearhead to the standard AC motor output shaft and the round shaft is used when the motor is operated without a gearhead.
• Motors and Gearheads. All of the motors and gearheads in this catalogue are sold separately. By matching size and pinion specifications, the full lineup of gear ratios can be combined.
